 Arrived very quickly after phoning him. Did a great job in good time. Great communication too on what work was carried out.

Today I rang Richard to fix my front door lock, he was here within 20 minutes and job done quickly! Highly recommend!

 Came and fitted a new 3 star anti-snap lock, explained the benefits of the lock and how it's an improvement over the old 1.

Very friendly guy, would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Phoned Secure Locks NI the day after Boxing Day and Richard picked up the phone and was out with me within a few hours and had my window repaired that day. Great service, very reasonable and a nice guy.

 I contacted Secure Locks NI & Richard came out the day & time that suited me. He fixed/replaced a hinge on a bedroom window in no time. NO CALL OUT FEE, no obligation to get it fixed on call out (he could have came back another day to fix it if it suited me better). Richard was so friendly & explained exactly what he done & exactly what I was paying for. no unexplained payments. Easy to pay & great finished job. Will be using Secure Locks in the future.

Very prompt service fixed one back door and fix window ,nothing to much trouble ,had problem with back door at 8:30 at night would not close ,so phone him came out straight away ,no call out charge and was extremely professional.have recommended him to family and work colleagues
